DELIVERY
Shipping is free on orders over 80,00 β¬ value when shipped to a GLS ShopDelivery Pick-Up location.
For GLS Home Delivery EuroBusinessParcel we will charge a 9,90 β¬ shipping fee on all orders.
Under 80,00 β¬ order value we add shipping fee of 7,90 β¬.
We ship orders within 1-5 business days of receiving the order, depending on order volume or peak season. Shipping time to different countries vary and estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days.
Our shipping agent is GLS Europe. We offer two different shipping options:
- GLS ShopDelivery Pick-Up parcel to a designated pick-up location
- GLS EuroBusinessParcel for home delivery
- Standard Shipping. This is only a back-up option for the customer to finish the check-out if the GLS shipping options are unavailable due to system error. Customers should primarely use GLS ShopDelivery or GLS EuroBusinessParcel as a shipping method in the check-out
To Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania) we offer Pick-Up locations with Posti Baltic Parcel.

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN
All Cerberos products have a 14-day exchange and return policy from the date of receiving the product. The product may be fitted for the dog, so that the product does not get dirty during use with saliva, dirt or dog hair.
You must notify us in writing of the return of the product using the contact form or by email to info@cerberos.fi. We are not obliged to accept returns that have not been notified before mailing!
We offer one-time exchange of harness/collar size to a desired size. If you have ordered a wrong size please notify us and we will provide you with the return label.
Please note that we do not offer free returns on orders meaning that the customer must pay for shipping costs themself if the wish to return the order or some parts of the order.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged, the packaging and product must be in saleable condition, and the same contents as in the original packaging must be included.
Dog hair has to be removed from the harness, for example with a tape brush. If there is dog hair on the harness due to fitting, which results in the harness having to be cleaned by hand by us, a cleaning fee of β¬10.00 will be charged.
If the product is defective, we will send a new product free of charge or refund the order.
Failure to pick up a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For uncollected shipments that have not been separately cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, a handling fee of β¬12.90 will be charged.
If the return of the order incurs costs for the store (e.g. return using cash on delivery, return code, etc.), these costs will be charged to the customer. In this case, the customer will be refunded the order amount minus the aforementioned cost. If an invoice was selected as the payment method for the order, the part of the invoice amount exceeding the cost will be refunded, and the cost will remain on the invoice.
Returns for which we have received prior notification will be processed within 14 days of their arrival.
