Delivery, exchange and return

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to PostNord, GLS and DPD parcel lockers and service points for orders over 80,00 €. For orders under 80,00 €, a shipping fee of 7,90 € will be added.

We offer Home Delivery with DPD/GLS Home Delivery for 7,90 €. The home delivery fee applies to all shipments.

Customizable text stickers are supplied by our subcontractor, so they are not included in the shopping cart total for shipping fee calculations; instead, the combined value of the other items in the shopping cart must exceed the 80,00 € threshold to qualify for free shipping.

We ship orders from Finland within 1–3 business days of receiving the order, depending on order volume or peak season. Depending on the customer location the shipment will take 3-10 business days.

We offer shipping to all EU countries.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All Cerberos products come with a 14-day exchange and return policy starting from the date of receiving the package. You may try the product on your dog inside your home provided that the product does not get dirty during use.

For all EU customers we offer one time free of charge exchange of size of the harness. The exchange policy does not cover other products such as dog collars or other products.

If you wish to return or change the product, you must first notify us in writing of the return using the contact form or by email to info@cerberos.fi. We are not obligated to accept returns that have not been reported prior to mailing and for which the customer has not followed our return instructions! 

Please note that we do not offer free returns. If the customer wants to return a product they must cover the shipping cost to us. In the case of an exchange, we will send the new harness to the customer free of charge after the return has been successfully processed. 

Any product returned or exchanged must be unused and in perfect condition; both the packaging and the product must be in saleable condition, and the package must contain the same contents as the original packaging.

Dog hair must be removed from the harness, for example, using a lint roller. If the harness contains dog hair from the fitting process, requiring us to clean it by hand, a 10,00 € cleaning fee will be charged.

If the product is defective, we will send a new product free of charge or issue a refund upon request.

Failure to pick up a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed shipments for which no separate cancellation notice has been submitted within 12 hours of placing the order, a 12,90 € processing/re-sending fee will be charged.

If the return of an order incurs costs for the store (e.g., return via cash on delivery, return code, etc.), these costs will be charged to the customer. In this case, the customer will be refunded the order amount minus the aforementioned cost. If the payment method selected for the order was an invoice, the portion of the invoice amount exceeding the cost will be credited, and the cost will remain on the invoice. 

Returns for which we have received advance notice will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the product.
