CERBEROS PRODUCT WARRANTY

We want you to be able to rely on Cerberos products in all situations. That is why we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our products, , covering defects in materials and workmanship during normal outdoor use.

The warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship (e.g.(failure of straps, buckles, or stitching without any external cause)

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by external objects such as rocks, branches, or other sharp objects

• Damage caused by biting, scratching, or other animal-related damage

• Misuse or improper maintenance

• Harnesses purchased before 2023

If the product has a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace it with a new product or product part.

• A clear photo or video of the defect

• A receipt or proof of purchase showing the place and date of purchase
