CERBEROS PRODUCT WARRANTY

We want you to be able to rely on your Cerberos products in all situations. That's why we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our products, covering manufacturing and material defects under normal outdoor use.

The warranty covers:

• Material and manufacturing defects (e.g. failure of straps, buckles or stitchings without external cause)

The warranty does not cover:

• Breakage due to foreign objects like stones, branches or other sharp objects

• Damage caused by biting, scratching or other animal caused damage

• Misuse or improper maintenance or accidents

If the product shows a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace it with a new product or part of the product.

Warranty usage:

You can apply for a warranty by contacting us by email and attaching:

• A clear picture/video of the defect

• Proof of purchase or proof of place and date of purchase
